We begin with a strategy workshop all done through our client portal. We dive deep into the essence of your biz, discovering the who, what and why behind your brand. We gain clarity on your brand purpose, values and do research into your competitors. This ensures we are aligned before beginning the design stage. You receive a detailed presentation that serves as a guiding light throughout our process.

STRATEGY

With a strategic roadmap in hand, we can step into bringing your vision to life. I will craft 1-2 design concepts and you’ll have the opportunity to review and refine before we proceed with designing the rest of your branding assets. Throughout this stage, communication is key. I keep you informed every step of the way, ensuring transparency and collaboration as we shape your brand identity.

DESIGN STAGE

After approval, I package all your branding files and send them over to you. Alongside, you’ll also receive a comprehensive Brand Guidelines document which explains how to effectively use your shiny new branding in the world. This document serves as your compass so you can confidently showcase your brand across various platforms and mediums.

  • A single logo is not your brand or your identity. It is purely an icon that will not be recognisable, evoke emotion and attract your target audience on its own. I don’t believe its helpful or valuable to only have a logo in your business as a brand includes a lot of other important elements.

  • Absolutely! During our discovery session I will figure out what services would work best for your business and I always offer a custom package based on your current and future needs.

  • I do! I require a 50% deposit to secure your slot with the remainder being taken once the designs are complete. I’m happy to discuss other payment plans if needed.

  • Possibly yes. Font licensing, stock imagery and printing costs are your responsibility.

  • A brand guideline document is essentially an instruction manual on how your brand should be communicated. It contains the standards required to represent your brand correctly both internally and externally. Think of it as a “how-to” manual for your visual identity.

  • Every project is unique, tailored to meet the specific needs and vision of each client. As a result, the timeline for each project can vary. While I aim to provide a clear project timescale in your contract, it's essential to understand that the duration can range anywhere between 4-8 weeks.

    This factors the complexity of the design, revisions and timely client feedback.

  • All final files include: JPG/PNG/PDF/SVG/EPS
